小杉友巳　　こすぎともみ

東京都出身。

立教大学卒業後、リコーロジスティックス（株）へ入社。在籍中に海外駐在員として、アメリカ、カリフォルニア州に3年間滞在。そこで培った英語力、グローバルビジネスの経験を活かし、その後もワーナーランバート（株）など、数々の外資系企業で活躍する。中でもMLM業界においては13年の経験を持ち、“勝負の土俵”はフィールド活動と指針を打ち出し、精力的に全国でのミーティングを開催。参加したミーティングの数は年200回以上にわたり、日本で正式開業したばかりの会社を業界No.2にまで導いた実績を持つ。現在、トリヴァニ・ジャパン代表取締役兼共同経営者として意欲的に会社の指揮を執る傍ら、経済誌への出稿・書籍出版などの執筆活動を通して、PR戦略にも力を注いでいる。業界内にとどまらず、一般メディアからも大きな注目を集める。業界のご意見番として、MLM業界の認知度向上、製品業界においては規制緩和を目指し、日々邁進中。著書に、「勝つためのコトバ」幻冬舎、「今日から夢ノート」ビジネス社がある。

TOMOMI KOSUGI

Tomomi Kosugi earned a degree in Sociology at Rikkyo University in Tokyo, before working with Ricoh Logistics where his international business career starts. He had lived in California for three years as an expat, acquiring the sense of international business and communication. Back in Japan, he worked at Warner Lambert before making his mark in MLM industry where he takes his stand for 13 years to this day. Through the experience of being President of Major MLM companies, he distinguished himself mainly in the field work, attending more than 200 meetings a year and lead an out of ranking company to the second largest in the industry in Japan. The achievement of Tomomi Kosugi is widely known not only within the industrial journals but throughout the nation-wide media, such as major business magazines and most popular publishers in Japan thanks to his continuing efforts in writing. His recent works in writing are “Katsutameno-Kotoba”, the word collection from Gentosha and “Kyoukara-Yumenote” from Business-sha, both available in stores now.
